My overall experience has been amazing. No issues and very convenient to use.

What I like the most about Instacart is how easy it is to use and how convenient the app is. Great way to shop online.

There is nothing I dislike about Instacart. The app is amazing and the shoppers are very friendly and they go out there way to make sure I get my items.

I use all the delivery apps but when I have a big grocery order, I always go with Instacart.

I love the convenience obviously but also the quality of the shopping experience.

Sometimes items are out of stock, something you can't tell when ordering. Need more options too.

Until my most recent transaction, I really liked Instacart. You only get one chance to cause me stress. Three calls regarding an unreleased hold in which every person I spoke to blamed the bank for the delay (how childish), something that had never happened before! Then multiple calls to the bank which had to be escalated to get anywhere, and finally after a week and a half, the hold was released.

There customer service is ineffective and I'll never trust this business again. I've already deleted the app.

I use the app when I just swamped with work and can't make it to the grocery store myself.

I love that you can get food and other general merchandise with the click of a few buttons and have it delivered to your door.

Substitutions or sometimes lack of substitutions can be a hindrance and things can go out of stock between ordering and delivery.
