Their customer service reps are very nice and helpful. I had on a couple of occasions a shopper missed an item or didn't deliver something on time and they refunded my order with no questions asked.

Just started using Instacart but I definitely am a fan. I like that there are so many stores available.

UI is hard to navigate and there is so much extra things on UI.

This app saves me time, money, and peace of mind. I like that you can communicate with your shopper while they shop which is something that grocery stores pick up delivery apps lack.

I truly enjoy that you can literally choose from so many stores (convenience stores, most grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.) I'm truly grateful I tried Instacart out, its helped me in so many ways.

You will have to choose a different item, pay for a higher item, or request a refund.

Product is easy to use and I know the costs of my cart up front and can select exactly what I want in the quantity I want and where I can get the products.

I liked being able to pre-select what I wanted t do if an item was unavailable. I already recommended Instacart to my friends and colleagues.

Instacart made grocery shopping while quarantined so easy. The user interface allows simple selection and easy searching.

I love Instacart- it makes ordering groceries so easy and then saves me time because I do not have to go to the store.

In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.
