InTouch POS is a point of sale solution for restaurants including quick service, fine dining, delivery, nightclub, room service and drive through style. The system is customizable and can support many users. It provides users an option of stationary or tablet order stations and the pricing scales with the size of business. The system is compatible with Mac or Windows operating systems and is deployed on the cloud so information can be accessed from multiple devices.

InTouch POS offers features such as inventory management, customer management, retail accounting, e-commerce, warehouse management and merchandise planning. Users can utilize the system's digital menu that can be displayed around the restaurants and can be used to show promotions and paid advertisements. Customized floor plans display and monitor table status and seat guests.

InTouch POS is PCI DSS compliant and integrates with Mercury and Heartland payment systems. Support is offered via phone and email.

BEWARE!!!!! You will regret using this Company and its CEO Dean Kashafi

In January 2019 I paid In Touch $3500 for a web ordering platform; I additionally recently paid them $1500 for technical support for this calendar year. Over the past 6 months since In Touch built my web ordering platform, it has been grossly inefficient and ineffective due to numerous errors causing it to be down frequently. This has cost me a huge loss of sales and has damaged the reputation of my restaurant due to all the negative online reviews as a result of the web ordering being down. I have not been able to resolve this issue with the CEO of the company representative as he refuses to reply to my numerous emails nor does he return my numerous phone calls. I would like a refund of the $5000 that I paid to this company for services that were not received, and another $5,000 for loss of income. There was also a years time that went by where I had no map location/distance information for my deliveries. Problem was partially resolved after a year and no form of compensation was offered for the inconvenience or loss of income due to this hardship In Touch caused my business. My web ordering is currently down and reflects Round Table Pizza when you go to my website. I feel that this is intentional sabotage as a mistake like this can only be done intentionally. Not to mention that representative is close friends with a pizza franchise CEO Named representative of Pizza 9, who just robbed me of $195,000 which ironically forced me to have to pay representative the $3500.

Horrible unstable system- loss of sales daily because of it!

InTouch Review

It's gone down on us before and the customer support stayed on the phone with me for a long time. He was helpful but it was hard to find the problem without them being there in person.

Pros

Easy to train new employees. Can adjust prices for specific times with dynamic pricing.

Cons

It freezes almost every day at 9:30pm. It can be very slow sometimes when we really need it.

Pros

Easy to use, simple format for back office reporting, easy to use FOH format, integrated well with our payroll system. Customer service is great

Cons

No complaints. Swapping POS is always a con. Starting from no POS is always easiest. Intouch does its job

relies on internet connection, limited access to past activities/client notes, wish there'll be more report generation.

Absolutely Horrible company to work with

STAY AWAY from these guys!!!! SAVE YOURSELF LOTS OF PAIN, GRIEF AND LOTS OF HEADACHES!!!!

Pros

None - They are totally dishonest and don't live up yo their word. System freezes all the time. There is nothing I liked about the system

Cons

nothing! They took our money, promised they could fit our needs and then delivered several months late. System was so bad that we actually had to shut our store down for almost a month till they could get it together. Before this happened, I referred a friend in Seattle and he experienced the same exact issues with the system, the service, over billing and mis-billing and worse experience with POS Company ever, I switched within a few months to NCR Silver Pro at a much much lesser price and Intouch would not honor their money back promise. The Owner will promise the moon and not deliver at all

Worse system ever

They owner is very dishonest he will promise something and will give you a different.And once he has your money you will never hear from him again.

Pros

Nothing from the of sales to installation,tech support does not exist.

Cons

It is very difficult to use the most important part which is order taking is not user friendly.
