  • Pros

  • I love the degree of control. I like how simple inventory counts are and I hopeful that it will have profound impact on ordering.
  • However, the more I learn to use it, and with the help of awesome customer support, the more I believe this POS system could be a very good fit to many type of business out there.
  • Great value for the money, the support team is great and easy to work with. The overall layout of the software can be customized to benefit different business.
  • Cons

  • We have struggled with getting the Quickbooks integration to work correctly for us. We also purchased a tablet from them that is extremely slow and frustrating to use the software on.
  • So many retail owners are frustrated with cloud POS tools that require you to follow the software workflow. Also, do they listed to your requests for new features or changes.
  • Korona doesn't integrate with Moneris (yet) which makes it a little more inconvenient especially on a busy day.

  • The demo was amazing, incredible, I had an instant love for the tool, the low prices really excited me.
  • Odoo is an extremely powerful software. We use the Manufacturing Module and the CRM Module prominently and these have both been brilliant tools that we are very happy with internally.
  • The most interesting and brilliant thing about Odoo, is its framework and how easy we can develop using it. Also some apps are just easy to learn and well documented.
  • Cons

  • It does not integrate into social networks, nor does it manage chat internally (at least, not without losing speed). Your targeting options are scarce.
  • The support is terrible, specially in UAE, the account managers for enterprise never respond and tickets are open for 3 and 4 days.
  • Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer.
