Pros
- Overall, we have great support. All specialists are knowledgeable and helpful to resolve any issues, questions or concerns that come up.
- This was a really good option for the money. They give me the ability to track sales and inventory across all of my stores with ease of access.
- Ease of use and kost important the customer service especially the tech support. His was [SENSITIVE CONTENT] but in the past I had great experience with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and many others.
Cons
- They send you system-wide emails apologizing saying their system was hacked and therefore the interruption i.
- None other than sometimes when internet is down you are dead fish in the water.
- Years ago there were some pretty bad issues with the service going offline and we were totally down.
Pros
- Data director is the most amazing feature with seamless functionality. It works really great in data replication.
- The loyalty program is of the best loyalty program I've seen also the retail item setup is very good and the attributes is really good for reporting.
- Implementation phase is very good & simple for any beginner. POS is very clear concept for anyone & the most important thing that I like very much is troubleshooting.
Cons
- The barcode functionality couldn't work for me also there is no enough document about ls retail replenishment. It is not working at all.
- The licence is an over kill. The features are all over the place.
- No Security related to tables, Transaction margin, If you customize too much Microsoft Dynamics NAV you can have problems down the line.
