Anytime an issue or a question rise up, the team is super helpful and quick to solve it.

Very simple when it comes to changing prices or adding new products. We are very happy we went with Lightspeed at Marina Knowlton.

In my restaurant, we have been working with Light Speed from the opening in 2017, so over two years now, and me and my staff are very happy about.

Its ease of use, customer support is great, reporting is good. They are always coming out with updates and improvements.

User friendly, and excellent technical and customer support. Lightspeed has lot of options for formatting the POS, which is an asset to any restaurant.

With their various integrations, they have  made taking online and in-room orders very easy for our staff. LS has definitely helped us go through the pandemic.

This software is easy to use and very user friendly. I have had questions and they are very quick to respond and always solve my problems.

A special mention i want to do is the direct and quick Tech Support during the regular business hours of the day at every time, this aspect put Lightspeed above the competitors.

Through Lightspeed's data I was able to save costs through employee shrinkage. Combined with Lightspeed's great customer and tech support, you've got a winning combination that no one can beat.

The customer service is outstanding, and offered hands-on support with our setup.

However is fair also to say that from the beginning to now they have improve a lots in different aspects.

Understanding the back end has allowed us to create work arounds for things the software is currently incapable of doing as intended at this time.

The difficult components were in the initial set up of the floor plans for us.

Staff appreciates the ease of use and the quick customization (once familiar with back office which does not take that long). We have continued to appreciate the helpful 24 hour customer service team.

Back end down for Two days - First line support ultra weak - Advance Reporting is basic.

Keep focusing on customer satisfaction with delivering awesome products with an awesome support team.

Service - Limited concern for the customer's problems. No effort to actually work through and understand a client's business.

The software is comprehensive. Many add-ons are available at high costs.

Staff loves the ease of use of the front end. I love the simplicity of updating the online site, the data available for export in the office, and the full integration with our other software.

And the best part is full integration with our online site, POS, accounting software, and scheduling software.

This company is totally crooked. Do not make the same mistakes that I have.

The software is really easy to set up and to use. It makes training employees really simple to - which is great.

Sales Team - Arrogant and dishonest. Billing - Sly and deceitful.

We would absolutely recommend this software to any small cafe's that want ease of use and to keep orders straight.

The tool does a great job of multi-location inventory management. The metrics are also very useful.

It is simpler and easier to follow than Lightspeed Retail's back end. Reporting features are extremely helpful.

First, there is limited to no inventory management. As well, there is no way to have a negatively priced product (for example if someone returns something).

I don't like to lie and obviously the POS is not perfect. There are always areas to improve, and be more functional and works better as with any system.

Confusing, does not track inventory as it should, does not interface correctly with Quickbooks, support is the WORST. No help, we wasted thousands of dollars on this system.

The integration creates a total mess in Quickbooks, and employee hours can only be ported over to Quickbooks in whole numbers and no overtime.

Cost of hardware was for fixed period, but they offered no discount once that period was over. Basically intend to charge for the cost of the hardware, indefinitely.

Easy to learn staff friendly have a portable option, reliable enough. Use iPad and doesn’t take too much space.

The worst part was that, with only two weeks into implementation , they refused to refund the $3100.00 we paid siting contract guidelines and charged us an additional  $1300.00 cancellation fee.

I shopped extensively and found Revel to be the best value, with support and ease of use.

Inventory is fairly simple. I like the look of the software.

Customer service has always been excellent for technical help.

We love the fact that technical support is available 24/7 and they are always willing to find a solution to your problem. API availability is also great for other software integrations.

The tech support people are nice. The sales team don't care.

Was a great price and it integrated seamlessly with my QuickBooks Online software.

The reporting capabilities and the ease of use and the reliability of the Networking equipment used makes our systems rock solid. The KDS has also been so beneficial.

At this point, I have more knowledge then some of these techs that are from Lithuania. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE product, and TERRIBLE value for what you get.

Easy to use, adding items, promo discount not and employee info super easy. Tech service is thorough and follow thru is great.

Good POS software that can help you clean up your POS offerings. Provides fairly good POS protection and security for your business.

All of it is just so damned cumbersome, takes so many taps on the ipad and is not intuitive. Even for our millennial cashiers.

The revel system is extremely user friendly and easy to use. Uploading new merchandise or making instant changes to products or prices makes for a great and easy way to control your inventory.

Great system, the UI is customize able to fulfill your needs and the best part is most of the customization can be done using your management console.

Good idea, good realization on the hardware concept, but buggy software.

This makes it hard to get the price right. Have had to do a manual discount, rather than percentage to work around this.

In fact for the last update, the app told me that it was the most up to date, but finally on the back end of Revel there was a warning that I needed to update or my system would be obsolete.
