Pros/Cons
Pros
- The features are great, the graphics are excellent, and most of all the customer service is blazing fast and extremely helpful. When Square goes down, there will be no one to help you.
- The system is very user friendly and easy to teach our user. It works GREAT for our Mobile setup, with ability to retrieve reports.
- The fact that this software is free is the major selling point. It has all the features you would want as a POS system and creates a great platform for loyalty programs for your customers.
Cons
- Downloaded the app got bit stuck had a live chat with one of the representatives. Within 5 mins sorted problem.
- Terrible handling of a simple +3years customer request.
- Besides the online personal assistance, I went from setup to useage in 30 minutes. Some apps take longer than that just to download, and they give you a trouble shooting menu.
Pros
- I think this is a great software to use that is secure and safe money transfer. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to make purchases secure.
- Paypal is fantastic; it's easy to use, and I like that it's accepted by so many merchants. When that choice is open, I always take it, and it has saved me money.
- Best features are definitely ease of use (it is pretty intuitive) and the ability to create presets for items. We used these presets for ticket prices and merchandise.
Cons
- Sometime paypal fails to solve the issue on time and their SLA and sometime I felt that they have poor internal ticketing system. Since you have to tell your problem again and again.
- The thing I dislike is the same thing I dislike about all card readers.
- The worst part about PayPal Help is that you absolutely cannot talk to a human over the phone. It's very overwhelming and scary not knowing what to do.
