Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • implementation phase is very good & simple for any beginner.POS is very clear concept for anyone & the most important thing that I like very much is troubleshooting.

  • Easy to setup. Best software for retail industry with almost all functionalities inbuilt. Upgrade to new functionalities in newer versions.

  • Cons

  • We experienced some latency in data replication and that was not been resolved for quite some time. we spent a couple of days to figure what was the issue. still, that can be easily overseen.

  • Technical support. Although through the right channels one can find help, the channels are not so easy to find espexially in terms of documentation

  • Pros

  • It's extremely user friendly, customer support is fantastic, and my favorite part is the time it saves me!

  • Ease of use/ speed/ organization- a lot of great features! Also great to be able to use the app and/or log in remotely!

  • Cons

  • Booking AND events windows a little redundant for a restaurant but I'm sure comes in handy for a hotel- might be better with a choice for either/or.

  • Every once in a while making a pdf freezes but it clears up quickly
