Pros/Cons
Pros
- Excellent product that is, for the most part, very intuitive and easy to use. Customer service is amazing.
- MarginEdge has been a great addition to our office - not only is the interface super easy to work with, but so is their team who is always there to help.
- The group at ME are outstanding, incredibly responsive and helpful among the best I've ever worked with.
Cons
- The delay in invoices posting makes it less than ideal to catch things posted to the wrong category.
- In addition to having a major problem with some electronic payments.
- Most 'missing' features in the past have been added.
Pros
- It is very user friendly and the software support team is by far the best I have used. Very responsive and helpful.
- Ease of use, value for money. Marketman is a very good software that does substantially help your business with stock management, orders and more.
- I love the ease of navigating through the software and how many helpful reports I can view to review my business' operations for every store and as a whole.
Cons
- Before MM my inventory was really bad and once I discover this app everything felt into pieces.
- Only thing that annoys me is when editing and saving inventory items the page is reloaded to the first page always.
- Although overall MarketMan has helped our business it has also been disappointing in its failures.
