Pros
- I found the transition to be very easy. And support has been great helping with any questions we had.
- Ease of use is wonderful and ability to give each user different access is great. Visually it is easy to understand and lots of short cuts for booking at high speed.
- Not only is it is easy to use, manage and monitor but it supports my teams and businesses growth. Each feature is engineered to provide value and growth.
Cons
- After a TON of photos showing this problem is has not yet been resolved and no customer service offering is anything. A lot of wasted time on calls.
- Our biggest struggle was not having our package numbers convert. The packages converted, just not the numbers assigned to them.
- We have clients that don’t come in as frequently as 90 days and they will miss our emails.
Pros
- We updated to the newest version recently and Kevin was so helpful every step of the way. I appreciate the great customer service and the great product.
- I like the ease of using this program and the multiple reports it has. I like how it can help keep our business organised and like that I can upload digital client consent forms to their profile.
- They have improved greatly over the years and I like that they are constantly upgrading and improving to provide more options and be more user friendly.
Cons
- Very poor, dishearten to pay for a program outright to only find they cut your service off.
- They will charge you and charge you, and if you bought the software then you are screwed because they will not support it.
- I lost all client and financial history when transitioning from multiple users to the single user software.
