Pros/Cons
Pros
- I found the transition to be very easy. And support has been great helping with any questions we had.
- Ease of use is wonderful and ability to give each user different access is great. Visually it is easy to understand and lots of short cuts for booking at high speed.
- Not only is it is easy to use, manage and monitor but it supports my teams and businesses growth. Each feature is engineered to provide value and growth.
Cons
- After a TON of photos showing this problem is has not yet been resolved and no customer service offering is anything. A lot of wasted time on calls.
- Our biggest struggle was not having our package numbers convert. The packages converted, just not the numbers assigned to them.
- We have clients that don’t come in as frequently as 90 days and they will miss our emails.
Pros
- Everything so far has been excellent. I am so happy to have this all ready to go for use and excited to use it.
- I am extremely satisfied with Vagaro and all supports in place. I recommend it to colleagues in the field.
- They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.
Cons
- Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.
- I spend countless hours a month combing the system for these errors and it makes our company look incompetent to our customers.
- Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. That can be frustrating when I'm with a client.
