Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I absolutely love this this software. I’ve used it at multiple jobs I’ve had. It’s super easy to navigate and makes our jobs easier.

  • I love the simplicity of the software. It’s functional and easy to use.

  • Cons

  • Only complaint is the desktop website, it's a bit messier and harder to use, but they have a great app so it makes up for it.

  • What I didn't like about the Mindbody software was the time it took to apply promo codes. But aside from that it was really easy to use and it was fast.

  • Pros

  • Great customer service and a great system to keep track of the inventory.

  • Easy to use, easy to adjust inventory, and tracking repairs is great!

  • Cons

  • buggy and a lot of features are half baked. When bringing to teams attention, they are responsive though and want to improve.

  • - Nothing in particular. Minor bugs should be given priority to fix too, since they really bother regular users
