The product has a gazillion different features and loves to expand its offering into new industries. They give you access to everything via a robust API and good reporting.

As an enduser I appreciate a clean and easy interface. Easy payments and bookings and canceling.

My overall experience with this app is great. It’s is very user friendly.

Besides the horrible service they have not kept up with technology.

This experience may also be attributed to trying to schedule massages where schedule management is difficult.

It's disappointing on the whole, because I see it as a decent booking system with potential, if they kept up with the times and listened more to their users.

Integration with existing platforms was a little difficult, and getting others to try is has been hard as well.

The company is great, the people are helpful. The software is overpriced and clunky.

The inbuilt marketing functions are absolutely dire and Mindbody doesn't integrate with anything (it's not even on Zapier) so you'll struggle to build a great marketing machine using it.

I cut my losses and canceled the subscription very early after realizing how little help it was in my area.

I mainly used this through my iPad and there were some minor issues where it didn’t seem compatible with the iPad and I would have to navigate the site in a an odd way.

The interface was so old-school, and the customer service was absolutely terrible.

Mindbody is missing several key features such as double-booking options and the option for memberships is pretty difficult to use. MBO is very hard to train new people in using.

Very good experience with Mindbody, it helps me stay in shape and I love all dance classes. It always worked very well for me on my pc, for now I did not use it on another device.

My experience was $500 per month at two locations of nigthmares, frustration, and apologies for clients.

It's a great app when you gym has this kind app for the booking of their gym's class.

The only thing I don't like about this software is how hard it is to find all of your different studios' schedules.

Their staff team is also super helpful and they have many seminars and resources to help build your business.

This software is easy to install and has great customer support if you have questions. It simplifies booking appointments, adding inventory, taking payments and scheduling.

I haven't found any features that I don't like about Mindbody.

Absolutely love Mindbody and how easy they've made scheduling. I love that I can purchase class credits right from their site and I know what experience I am getting each time I log in.

Great for automation for business, also a good tool for user.

Each time we call up and try to speak with somebody to help us through something else that is not working correctly, we are given different information that causes more and more problems.

I have had trouble in the past managing my accounts. Since I need different logins for the studios that I visit, it can get a bit tricky.

It was great that our trainer was able to meet with us weekly to help us learn the system.

It was the worst experience, afther that company, I had hired another that did the programming in 2 days and I was using it in 3 days at the 50% of the cost.

I took mine via zoom and it was very easy to enter and participate. This is inexpensive (even free if you choose) and you get to stay fit while having some fun.

We really love how easy the SpotOn team made setup and implementation. Any time we ran into an issue, they helped resolve it immediately.

This definitely needs fixed. There is a back up Internet that can be used but won’t  turn on unless there is no connection at all.

I like the reporting part of the app and the ease that my staff can solve issues like splitting checks or adding guests.

This one integrates with my Payroll company seamlessly. The online ordering platform used was ridiculously easy and provides a more polished seamless look for my company.

The online ordering with direct tickets to kitchen and bar is a huge advantage this system has. It had increased both revenue and efficiency.

It saved me so much money with credit card fees and the technology.

So its more of an inconvenience, in order for my phone to ping for a an override I must logged on, so it becomes a slight issue.

Easy to use, great customization, awesome customer service, Sales Rep delivered as promised.

But honestly it does make it so my team understands how to utilize the system which can be helpful. To be fair is is 2020 and everyone is overwhelmed so all in all I am a happy customer.

It is so simple to navigate. I'm able to not only use it but teach it and problem solve with great ease.

Backend of system is easy to use, I have more control over my stores now. Also the add on features of Reserve which I will start using soon, loyalty programs and integrations are a plus.

The features I love best about SPOTON restaurant is the support and the ease-of-use. Sales reps was very knowledgeable and supportive.

The thing I most impressed with is the customer service. I am able to get someone on the phone quickly and get any help I need, even in the middle of an order.

Handheld mobys are junk. Not able to split tickets and pay off them you have to go to the main sation to do it.

There were quite a few glitches in the beginning and because of COVID things got lost in the mix especially with install and hardware fixes.

I love that SpotOn is so intuitive and easy to use.

The back of house for soot on restaurant is hard to navigate at first.

Training our service teams was simple and exciting. Robust suite of features: DoorDash Drive, Waitlist/Reservation Management, Online Ordering, Marketing/Loyalty.

Additionally with the integration with third party delivery services, the cost savings by eliminating user error is proving to be a huge factor.

Ease of use, customization, and back end reporting  are amazing. Far more business analytics than most people will ever use.

The ability to set reporting is also a huge plus. Once set up the way you want it, it becomes second nature and its ease of use is superb.

In the 6 months of using Spot On I have been more than pleased with the advancement of technology  for this POS system.

Today, they are proactive in checking on our account and help us quickly when necessary.

We love how easy it is to use and how your customer service is available at anytime.

Everything has been awesome. The idea of putting money into our system when ours was functional was a difficult one.

I love the ability to control overrides on pricing, discounts, voids all from my phone and I can be anywhere.

The integration was easy and effortless during the transition of our old POS.
