  • Pros

  • When using Mitchell I loved the idea that you could look up service history.
  • It is user friendly and allows the user to search via multiple parameters. Parts are broken down in easy to find sections and results are easy to read with clear diagrams.
  • Cons

  • The screen sizing when attempting to print is complicated and somethings just don't print well at all.
  • Sometimes there is glitches in the scheduling process- unexplained errors (but could be due to human error?) I don't love how crowded the home page is. Too many options everywhere, could be tidier.
