Pros/Cons
Pros
- Great wealth of reporting options for buying, merchandising and point of sale. Performance reporting nice and informative.
- Responding quickly is important to us, especially when we were reaching the grand opening date. The support team was great as well; they provided training and set up the system as scheduled.
- Personalized service and reliable (friendly) support from their people. It's been 2 years and we are still delighted with our POS from Microhouse.
Cons
- No automatic machine, no transferring, and no waiting. Real knowledgeable, highly skilled support team.
- Sometimes we are unable to get our reports to show up. We lose some of our customization with each upgrade.
- They kept telling my processor they had to reprogram my devices, when I know the Software company should be the ones handling that. My Account Rep and she is very rude to me and my new processor.
Pros
- I love the efficiency and the intelligent features, it has helped me sell my products with ease. It is very reliable and easy to use.
- The online guides are helpful, and the system is amazing. They take care of payments, orders, and marketing.
- The shipping is great on here. I really enjoy how easy it is to ship items and also as a buyer its great too.
Cons
- There are frequent updates which can be confusing. Wording/names of buttons will change with no warning.
- It can be hard sometimes to make changes on a design end, you can be blocked in by templates which can be frustrating especially changing between mobile and desktop.
- The only complaint I have is that I have to pay 30 bucks or more a month to use it depending on the package.
