Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the look and user friendliness of the widget on our website.

  • User friendly. App runs pretty quickly for scheduling. Reschedule button, quick call and mapping at the touch of a button. Message customers from app. Exceptional customer service.

  • Cons

  • The system is glitchy. Doesn't have the functionality promised by sales rep. It's complicated.

  • Notes do not save separately so when you have several notes about a client, you would end up with one long note. Not a biggie - but would be nice to see this improved.

  • Pros

  • I love that it was able to get my store up and running easily, and looks amazing. It has made my life so much easier since starting using it.

  • Definitely a great value! It’s a simple software and very pleasant in use. All in one integration. I loved using it!

  • Cons

  • I found that it could be a bit cumbersome in terms of deploying code, and handling build tools running on node.js, though this was easy enough to work around.

  • Sometimes the back end office may be cumbersome to use but, but even with this they help with great customer service to navigate you the right way
