  • Pros

  • Scheduling is easy along with client communication options. Setting it all up is pretty easy also very user friendly.
  • I love software because my clients love it. It makes it so much easier for them to book appointments online, at their convenience.
  • Cons

  • I had several customers book my services incorrectly and were charged incorrectly because of this.
  • The app on the iphone is horrible, never lets me view the schedule. It shuts out of the app, before even logging into my account.

  • Customer support has been super, fas,t efficient. The software is easy to use and set up was great.
  • Once you have figured out how to use the software it is fairly easy to use and you can customize it to your specific needs.
  • Cons

  • Talech POS does not work with credit cards consistently , tech support is clueless.
  • The worst things there were thousands of dollars which were not deposited to our account because of their 'bug. We accidentally found it out.
