Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the look and user friendliness of the widget on our website.

  • User friendly. App runs pretty quickly for scheduling. Reschedule button, quick call and mapping at the touch of a button. Message customers from app. Exceptional customer service.

  • Cons

  • The system is glitchy. Doesn't have the functionality promised by sales rep. It's complicated.

  • Notes do not save separately so when you have several notes about a client, you would end up with one long note. Not a biggie - but would be nice to see this improved.

  • Pros

  • Easy to learn how to use. Easy to teach others how to use. And it's a great value.

  • Software is very easy to use. Pos system is good, not very colorful but still easy to maneuver. Easy to train new hires on.

  • Cons

  • There's not much I dislike about Toast. With that said, it can be a bit glitchy at times. It's also a relatively new company, so some of the functions haven't quite been worked out perfectly yet.

  • There are some sluggish features within the software, however Toast happily accepts feature requests and has fulfilled a few of mine!
