Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the look and user friendliness of the widget on our website.

  • User friendly. App runs pretty quickly for scheduling. Reschedule button, quick call and mapping at the touch of a button. Message customers from app. Exceptional customer service.

  • Cons

  • The system is glitchy. Doesn't have the functionality promised by sales rep. It's complicated.

  • Notes do not save separately so when you have several notes about a client, you would end up with one long note. Not a biggie - but would be nice to see this improved.

  • Pros

  • I like that it’s a one stop shop for me, I find the restaurant on yelp and make reservations without having to call. It’s also nice to see current wait times, very convenient,

  • As a user Yelp is good and helpful, even though we have some reviews which are not reliable.

  • Cons

  • Can be a little clunky on mobile but otherwise, there isn't a whole lot to dislike about the software.

  • I hate how Yelp always makes you download the app. It basically forces you to do so, instead of using the website on the your phone. Otherwise, it is great!
