O2VEND satisfies all my store needs

1. Onboarding is a good experience. All my data migrated for free by the support team. Usage for my staff is easy. I can easily setup products using simple entry screens. No downtime till now for the past 6 + months. Customer care really cares.

PROS

1. Fast and its not seen as a internet based application. My POS is working like a installed software. 2. POS works in offline also- when the internet is back - the data sync happens. 3. Easy customization of eCommerce store. I can quickly change which products to be listed in my eCommerce store. 4. It has all accounting and all store management stuff in one place.

CONS

1. Need more reports like YoY reports. But the team promised that those reports will be available soon.

Reason for choosing O2VEND

Fulfil all my needs. Customer support, also comparatively cheaper solution.

Reasons for switching to O2VEND

Needed one solution for my godown, shop and was looking for eCommerce solution as well.
