Fab Support
a joy!
PROSNever have I received such quick support and troubleshooting with a software - Opsyte's live chat feature is tremendously staffed, and all the team are massively happy to help with anything large or small.The integration with our EPOS is revolutionary for us, and cuts down administrative work infinitely.
CONSIts taken time to get used to our payroll administration being separate. Some of the HR features are not quite the full suite we were used to previously - warnings, grievances, absence reasons, promotions, templates for right to work documents, probations, etc lacking. I have full faith however that most if not all requested features will be developed by the amazing team.
Reasons for switching to Opsyte
Really unreliably slow and clunky system - terrible customer support - outdated with no EPOS integration.

Opsyte easy to use
The overall experience I’m using it from 2019 , I found it very easy and good to use

average system- could be better
average-could be better.
PROSneed easier scheduling tool, need to be able to see the whole schedule on 1 page. Makes it easier to read and plan accordingly.
CONSscheduling tool- too awkward to use. needs to be simple and easy to build and review.

You may not be aware, but in the rota menu you can select to view a "condensed view" which significantly reduces the size of the rota and may help if you have lots of staff. I noticed you rated our customer support as a 2/5 and I would also love to know how you feel we could improve this. At the bottom left corner of your screen you can find our customer support button, which is always answered by one of our team quickly! A great piece of Kit.
Great, They listen to their users and frequently implement features that are requested by us.
PROSOpsyte is a great tool for our Business. It allows me to write Schedules, Manage HR, See budgets and Reports Plus much more all under one piece of software. No more Opening Excel Sheets and having staff break them. Its integration to our POS makes Cashing up a breeze . The Team, (Shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT],) are amazing and and help with any queries very swiftly.
CONStheir are currently no cons with this software.

life changing for business
Overall we are very happy with Opsyte
PROSIt is amazing software and app, so glad we changed into opsyte which takes a lot of work and pressure from the management. it is so easy to use and has all tools in one place
CONSThe only negative feedback I have is the use of app, still has quite few bugs. sometimes clock in is not working.

Opsyte Review
Everything is really easily presented and has a great ease of use. I find it most useful when processing payroll, it makes it much simpler as all information is presented in a simple and user friendly way.
CONSThere is nothing in terms of any negatives with the software.

Easy and simple
The software was easy and simple to use, integration was seamless.

Brilliant Service
So much better than a lot of invoice processing systems, very easy to use, works very quickly and makes life a lot easier for users like myself.
PROSThe Rate of invoice processing is miles better than a some i have used. It is very straight forward and easy to use.!
CONSSometimes, depending on the email, Opsyte doesnt always filter duplicates out.

Good but could improve or be customised for each client
It is easy to get all in one place and keep track of their hours and annual leave accrual. Links to other systems, which takes away most of the human error (such as calculating the tronc+tips)
CONSSome of the reports can't be customised.

Great Management Software
Really enjoy it over other rostering packages I've used in the past. The weekly reports are very useful.
PROSVery easy to use, a nice simple interface without any unnecessary extras.
CONSThe app layout isn't great and my most used features are hidden in the 'more' menu.

So far is good. It doesn't cause me any problems and I finish going through all invoices vweery swiftly.
PROSOpsyte is very easy to use and very efficient. The user experience is well thought out and the features are very clear. It takes me very little time to complete reviewing all my invoices, which look pretty neat.
CONSThe 'quick view' feature is a bit slow. Feels like I am opening the file completely rather than being a quick view.

The easies software to use
Very positive
PROSHow easy it is to use it , and the customer service is always there to help
CONSNot much yet not to like, I would just say that sometimes the helper takes a little bit longer to comeback with the answer but once it does they are all brilliant!

Easy to use scheduling
The clock in feature is really easy to use, and makes taking breaks easy
CONSLogs you out randomly sometimes, and can be a bit slow
