The Oracle Micros POS System might have been good when it was supported by Micros but since Oracle bought it they provide no support at all. They take your money to pay for support and don't record it properly so when you call because your system doesn't work they tell you to pay again or hang up on you. They take forever to pick up the phone to begin with so they leave you using your old cash register while they keep you on hold. No good at all! Run away when the Oracle sales person comes to call.
They provide no support for their system. You pay your money and you're on your own after that. Every time there's an blink in your electric service your back to using your cash register. It's a hopeless case!
