IOS updates - that cause the software to fail - are crippling and become unacceptable when our customers can no longer process their transactions.

Lack of customized searches in what should be a very flexible database format. Lack of automatic customized report generation on a routine basis.

Easy to use, fast and with a very good tecnical support. We are using Ordyx for more than a year and it's our third system since we open 8 years ago.

The customer support need some improvement ,  they have all been nice  helpful except that most never identify themselves.

The pros about the software is keep all you sales in one place it a great way to stay on top of you sales.

It is very easy to update a menu item price or add new items. They have implemented some suggestions and they seem to continually have regular updates that have made improvements.

In addition, use of remote platforms is difficult, bordering on impossible and getting help in solving the problem is equally difficult.

System has major flaws in reporting and we acitvely seeking new POS system. In addition TERRIBLE customer service on all counts.

The problem is the fact that you have to open multiple pages and do your own calculation for single counts and case counts. If you made an error on a price it is very difficult to make a correction.

The follow up calls are essential to maintaining a good working relationship...I thank you for that as well.

Clunky interface, MAJOR reporting error, lack of customer service. In the face of these major issues we were not contacted by management and no effort was made to keep our business.

It's wasn't the worst but it wasn't the best ill choose another software.

Onboarding was the most negative part of our experience. Complete lack of communication/understandin.

Cloud based with , for the most part, a reasonably good set of canned reports. The front of the house functionality is good.

Absolute garbage pos system. Old GUI with no control on button layout.

If you are lucky they will support you (answering the phone) on weekends,  consider a miracle if they can solve your problem.

I started talking to him in January and he has now ghosted me. No contact, no follow through.

The reports were in depth. The floor plans were also easy to set up.

Could not live without it. Internet outages make everyone panic now.

Very easy to use especially since they have integrated square credit card processing. I deel like I need a fedreshed course every few months though.

When its working its easy to use. Its pretty self explanatory.

I love the inventory tracking that is available with this POS system. That being said, it does take ALOT of ingredient entry and programming on your end but it is worth it.

What I also love about this software is the fact that you don’t need no internet at all to have it being use. Gives staff members a smooth transition through their day to day work hours.

It works as expected, it hasn't had any catastrophic failures, and represents OK value for money.

Definitely feels like you have the big-company support with the small-company personal feel. Software is easy to use, easy to set up, easy to train my staff on - been very pleased with it.

Lied about what equipment was actually needed. Said oops after a small family business over extended itself for their system.

Traditional tickets are out the door now thanks to this lovely system. You've made our business run smoother, which means more happy customers.

Ease of use -- can literally teach anyone to use it in minutes, customization, cloud reporting, stability.

Customer Service very bad. Lack of knowledge and never call back to follow up.

Accessibility of system is fantastic! customer support 24/7; user friendly; good layout of restuarant.

It ha all we need to successfully run our POS needs, it is getting even better with the integration policy taking place now.

Touchbistro's inability to deliver on the dream they created. The amount of labor, money, loss of customers my business suffered because of this defective POS system.

Also, I have enjoyed simple things like the images I can add to each menu item.

System crashes constantly, have to unplug it every few minutes, and it takes about 4 minutes to reboot, lost hundreds in daily sales.

Ease of use, simple reports and the interface is just to love. Implementation was helped along by Touch Bistros's team and they were very helpful for the entire deployment.

I really disliked the way customer service is set up. When you have an issue it's very hard to get through to them.

Authorized Touch bistro Dealer from SWFl was a total fraud and he took $1800 from and did no service at all we wasted more than 2 weeks for them to installl the softare.

Constantly crashing and freezing. Seems on the daily that someone is having a problem with it.

We never used hey second of their service and still they stole our money. High pressure criminals who will do ANYTHING to get your money.

The use of use for my employees and the customer support is fantastic. The flexibility of running a FOH and the ease of use from FOH to the BOH is fantastic.
