Pros/Cons
Pros
- I think this is a great software to use that is secure and safe money transfer. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to make purchases secure.
- Paypal is fantastic; it's easy to use, and I like that it's accepted by so many merchants. When that choice is open, I always take it, and it has saved me money.
- Best features are definitely ease of use (it is pretty intuitive) and the ability to create presets for items. We used these presets for ticket prices and merchandise.
Cons
- Sometime paypal fails to solve the issue on time and their SLA and sometime I felt that they have poor internal ticketing system. Since you have to tell your problem again and again.
- The thing I dislike is the same thing I dislike about all card readers.
- The worst part about PayPal Help is that you absolutely cannot talk to a human over the phone. It's very overwhelming and scary not knowing what to do.
Pros
- Overall we are super happy and impressed with our Shopify Experience. What i like most about Shopify is that it’s user friendly and customer friendly.
- M very happy with them and have convinced my friend to sign up. She is happy with it too.
- Ease of use, communication about accounts is so easy, works great with our accounting software and marketing automation. Shopify has made the CSR team much more effective.
Cons
- The card swiper they are bad, it's really cheap or something because half the time I have to type in the card info (takes extra time, and possibly charges a higher fee).
- I have been using shopify pos for almost 2 years and am very disappointed with the recent upgrade.
- This means either we could shut down until they fixed it - which took a week - or we could charge everyone less tax than we needed to collect . . . and then pay to the municipality.
