Pros/Cons
Pros
- I think this is a great software to use that is secure and safe money transfer. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to make purchases secure.
- Paypal is fantastic; it's easy to use, and I like that it's accepted by so many merchants. When that choice is open, I always take it, and it has saved me money.
- Best features are definitely ease of use (it is pretty intuitive) and the ability to create presets for items. We used these presets for ticket prices and merchandise.
Cons
- Sometime paypal fails to solve the issue on time and their SLA and sometime I felt that they have poor internal ticketing system. Since you have to tell your problem again and again.
- The thing I dislike is the same thing I dislike about all card readers.
- The worst part about PayPal Help is that you absolutely cannot talk to a human over the phone. It's very overwhelming and scary not knowing what to do.
Pros
- It gives us great and immediate access to our best and most loyal customers. The automated system does a great job of creating return business.
- I love being able to earn rewards at different places and bring me additional discounts. I am a bargin hunter so this is great for me.
- Like the tablet style, like linking to my number so quick and easy to sign in. Love the simplicity of the system.
Cons
- Sometimes one person has a bad experience and ruins it for the crowd.
- The worst company for communication and customer service ever.
- Really messed up data export (all in Spanish, btw) and importing your data into a new program might turn out difficult not relying on third party professionals.
