Pros/Cons
Pros
- I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.
- I use PayPal for business, as a payment processor, and personal, for transactions and sending money. Their security is outstanding and the ease of use is very good.
- It was overall really a good experience to use such a nice application which does what it promises.
Cons
- I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.
- It sucks, too many issues, too poor customer service, not enough accountability with the partnered apps and businesses such as eBay.
- My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.
Pros
- I have been amazed by Plaid's powerful and dependable financial data connection capabilities.
- I love how robust their integrations are across many different payment/banking platforms.
- I'm very satisfied with their services, they are fast, invovative and reliable by all means.
Cons
- ALOT of the time it does not recognize my bank n that kinda sucks.
- As a foreign user, I discovered that Plaid did not support all of the institutions I work with, which constrained the extent of data integration.
- It can have some issues authenticating banks with two-factor authentication enabled. Canadian integration is lagging behind the American one.
