Pros
- What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.
- Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.
Cons
- I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.
- The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.
Pros
- Easy to use and could expand it way beyond what I use it for. Not flashy or heavy so it functions nicely on older computers.
- We have been using Retail Plus for the last 10+ years starting with version 2.5. The best features for us are the inventory and ordering systems and of course we can not forget about the sales screen.
Cons
- My only complaint is about returns. The system defaults to backing out the cost of goods on any return regardless of whether it is returned to inventory.
- I've had sales come out of the wrong place in the inventory; sold X, inventory says I sold Y. I have contacted you about both problems in the past and received no help.
