Pros/Cons
Pros
- I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.
- I use PayPal for business, as a payment processor, and personal, for transactions and sending money. Their security is outstanding and the ease of use is very good.
- It was overall really a good experience to use such a nice application which does what it promises.
Cons
- I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.
- It sucks, too many issues, too poor customer service, not enough accountability with the partnered apps and businesses such as eBay.
- My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.
Pros
- The multi store maintenance features of this software are superb. Also, very solid solution not dependant on Internet connectivity for full operation functionality at store level.
- The versatility of making promotions and discounts as required by the customer, that RMH chooses the best price for the customer, is something that cashiers love.
- Excellent, love the reports, credit card processing module saved. Me tons of cash versus my previpus processor, Store associates.
Cons
- Can not PO from Central. Very frustrating for a multi-store environment.
- Once RMH Central was install ALL of our reports have been innaccurate, transactions are missing from Central, double upload.
- I am beyond frustrated that a product would be encouraged to be installed when there are so many known bugs. BIGGEST REGRET OF 2019 was installing RMH Central.
