In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

It's super easy use to use. I love all the safety features it has especially protecting my personal information.

I like PayPal you can use it anywhere you can take it anywhere as it's easy access my experience with PayPal has been wonderful.

Additionally, I love the ease of transferring money PayPal provides. It's so simple to use, effective, and secure.

It sucks, too many issues, too poor customer service, not enough accountability with the partnered apps and businesses such as eBay.

I love Paypal because it is so easy to use and super compatible with anyone regardless of where they live.

I dislike that I've been charged a fee when others have sent money to me. When sending a small amount, it stinks to have a fee on that.

I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.

My overall experience with PayPal is amazing I love them I would rate them an 11 if I could.

Also the great security they provided to ensure safety of our money is excellent. I realy love to use PayPal as my online payment method and highly recommend to anyone without any second thought.

Absolutely love how secure using PayPal through websites and even at the gas station. Super user friendly and will always recommend it.

I like how easily PayPal integrates with all my other business tools, I like its clear and easy to read home page, and I appreciate the tutorials and FAQ.

I like the ease of use, by connecting money between accounts in a reliable secure manner.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.

Paypal is great as a choice to use for any business. I haven't had any issues with it and I loved it because it integrates with most platforms.

The design is old and poor i think they can do a lot more about the design and colours, i think all the needed is redesign.

This pos has really excellent features and quality. It is also not difficult to operate.

Sales force is great prompt with quotes and getting product to you. Overall I would say one of the best POS system out there.

It is very easy to use, and it is very easy to learn how to handle it, it helps to save time in the restaurant.

However, I miss many of the features that came standard with this software.

Nothing i have used in the 25 years of business has even came close to the ease of use and capabilities of 2TouchPOS. Thank You for everything you do.

Overall Experience using this product was so great.

They forced us to switch credit card proceessors and said they would match prices. They did not maych and If i coninue with them I will be out 20k for the year.

T So a lot faster and more proficient than the old pen and paper. Splendid Software truly makes the worker to kitchen change seemless quick and productive.

But in my business they have forgotten about the Facebook integration which is a great way to promote your bar. I have been told this is still being worked on but have other items that more important.

Have seen 2%- 5% decrease in sales since integration is not working. Customer service is excellent.

The interface is more user friendly and attractive which makes it easier for new beginners to adopt easier.

Pros-great easy to use software, fast customer service response, strong durable hardware. Cons- slightly pricey but they will work with you.

Functional software can get the job done as soon as possible with good customer service support, have software and hardware.

I used 2 touch pos for 3 years at my job and knew it like the back of my hand.

Ease of access & stability are fantastic...customer service is available when your in need of help.

Very cheap, offers great hardware the machine makes it fun to receive payments, cloud storage makes it easy to access transaction data online from anywhere.

Open tabs require two transactions. One to pay the tab and a separate transaction for the customer to leave a tip.

I loved the ease of everything at your fingertips The  layout of table charts the ability to input your order with any extra side notes any add ons, or take offs.

Keeping track of analytics is a bit confusing and difficult. System is a bit buggy at times and difficult to manage.

Constant backup to cloud critical as NBN has been a disaster for small business.

2TouchPOS have been a life safer for us in business, its easy to integrate with existing systems and very useful in accepting payments both mobile and card payments.
