In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

It's super easy use to use. I love all the safety features it has especially protecting my personal information.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.

Like with any software, it is important to take the time to learn how it works which takes time. We are happy with the product (have used it for three years) and would recommend it to others.

Wine club sign-up kiosk works great and uploads quickly. Wine club check-in's and pickups work great for wine club events.

The team is also great to work with and very speedy in their response to my requests they are also open to customizations which some other suppliers are not.

Xudle provides a user friendly platform that was a breeze to learn.

When we were looking for a new point of sale solution many needed to have 'add-ins' to solve all of our needs. Xüdle does it all and offers great support when we have questions or need help.

The support staff is EXCELLENT. They are quick to respond and are always willing to help us either create a new element to our software or make changes & fix issues we may be having.

We like their customer service and they are always willing to make changes to their system to make the program run better for our business. Overall we are pretty happy.

Their features are improving as they learn more about customers’ needs. Wine club software is very good with little hiccups and is seamlessly integrated with POS.

I think the software is very solid and has some great features and have recommended Infinity Arts and Xudle to many people over the last few years.

I highly recommend the software and the company as whole.

While we can export many reports it isn't quite as flexible as we were used to.

It is a flexible software that allows us to fully integrate all channels of our business.

Customer support is good and they address questions and issues promptly.

Xudle is organized differently than other POS systems (which of course is why we moved to it). However, this has been challenging at times to find reports or trouble shoot issues on the back end.

Support and ease of use was and have been exceptional since day one. We have 2 different companies using Xudle with POS, online sales and multiple wine clubs under both companies.

Overall we're very happy with this system, they are responsive and making regulars upgrades and improvements regularly.

We have been very happy with every aspect of the software and the customer service. They are responsive to our suggestions for customizing it according to our needs.

The reports and inventory tracking are confusing.

The  software is easy to use and when I do have questions I have immediate follow from support.

No automatic six bottle discount in the POS (only bottles or cases).

The customer service is excellent, always getting a response and quick phone call to help me with any issues I have.
