It's just a PHP app, as the name says. The online trial is a pretty good a feel for the system before purchase, so I would recommend that.

Multiple location POS functionality, intuitive, and powerful. Great customer service, easy to install and very functional.

Our only complaint is if someone has put merchandise on layaway, all the payments revert back to the original date. Maybe we're doing something wrong.

The support is fantastic, the developer is extremely responsive and helpful and has even added customizations and extra functionality with no extra charge.

Additionally, the support is incredible. When I make errors because I'm doing things I shouldn't be the *free* support saves my ass, every time.

The other part of PHP was the prompt customer service that was very impressive and appreciated. Very happy to have found this product.

I started using PHP four years back. Very good and great software in regard to ease of use and set up.

I like  the  fact that PHP Point  of Sale  is very easy  to use  for the consumer and also for the seller.

We were blown away by the speed, professionalism and friendly demeanor of our phone technician that resolved our local host connectivity issues.

Their support is excellent and their software is EXTREMELY easy to use. I hope that they make improvements I suggest as some of them are fairly business critical.

On top of that, there's support that surpasses pretty much any other software I've ever used.

It is user friendly multi featured and very relevant to the health care space.

It not only is a good program for clients appointments and POS, it is also fantastic for timesheet documentation and reports for payroll.

There are many but most importantly is there's no integration of all centers, no feature that can exclude selected Custom Payment such as NO Payment from collection report etc.

In this regard it has been very successful, and the Zenoti team were brilliant at importing and merging all our services and products.

This program is so easy to use, it has all the correct reports. The Customer Service is outstanding & very supportive.

User friendly, allow good communication with clients, team are very helpful and always available on call.

Then 450 a month and I still have nothing working to show for it. The worst customer service I ever dealt with.

I went through 20 demos before I invested my time and money in Zenoti (previously managemyspa). My experience has been amazing.

I really like how interactive it is. It gives me really nice access to my schedule with the ability to add and edit.

The look and feel of Zenoti are awesome, all the available options are user-friendly. Their Zenoti University training modules are very good to train the team members.

Some things are awkward, it doesn't always recognise the services when you type them.

We recently integrated Zenoti Payments and have been thrilled with it. The integration of all pieces and the marketing capability (SMS and Email) were the primary reasons we switched.

They have excellent customer service which I favor so much. They are reliable, transparent and super informative.
