Despite sending a detailed requirements list to the vendor and seeing a demo, that the product clearly couldn't meet our needs was evident during implementation. That should have been the end of the story, not happy that I was oversold but fine we could cancel. Or could we? Monthly billing started and may still be ongoing. A promised refund of the first monthly billing never came through, second month, billing appeared again. Again a promise for refund on May 6th and nothing. I now have to go through the time consuming process of having my credit card company deal with it. One of the customer service reps was a pleasure to deal with but calls were never returned in a timely fashion (except of course during the sales process).
The sales representative didn't listen, talked over me and rambled on and on. I dreaded having to speak to him. Then they lied about my refund that I am still waiting for one month later.
