The change was of course for the better. Customer and Route Management in POMeSYS removed a lot of guess work and decreased hours of training new employees. Each customer file can be customized for things like delivery days, minimum orders, fuel charges, price tables, credit limits, and even items allowed to purchase. Cons: My only dislike with POMeSYS is the lack of aesthetics and somewhat outdated interface, however, this does not affect functionality or even prohibit us from performing day to day tasks.
