Retail Pro is an integrated cloud-based point of sale (POS) and retail management solution that helps store retailers and kiosk operators to manage their day-to-day business operations and process financial transactions. It features inventory management with definition grids and centralized control, customer relationship management and e-Commerce functionality.

Retail Pro features an offline mode that helps users to access the solution and manage their activities when the internet connectivity is not available. Customizable UI allows users to manage their transaction routines and use preferred checkout workflows. The solution also provides mobile applications for Windows, Android and iOS devices that allows for remote usage.

Retail Pro also features omnichannel order fulfillment, buy online pickup in-store (BOPIS) functionalities and automated inventory transfers between stores.

Retail Pro offers services on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and an online client portal.

POS Easy is very easy to use and still efficient.

You could consider POS Easy specially if running a small store.

Pros

Easy to use, cheap to purchase, easily integrates with available accounting system and software, makes it easy to keep paperless records, allows you to print receipts for customers and makes it easy to handle big number of clients.

Cons

Slow customer support response team the rest are great although additional features could do it great.

POS Easy is great for both smaller scale users and large scale users, it allowed us to accommodate a larger number of customers.

POS EASY is really easy to use and offers you attention as a customer by solving any problems as fast as possible. More need to be done to ensure that all data on pricing at time of customer purchase is used to ensure that any overcharge by workers is eliminated.

Pros

Being both cloud based and offline makes it easy to access data from anywhere anytime at the same time have work moving on even without the internet, customer support is great, easy to integrate with already existing accounting systems and software, good pricing especially for small users who can choose to use the mobile version.

Cons

Not all data is retrievable for example surety that customers were charged as set or might have paid more. Generally the a software is worth including in your business accounting softwares.

Reasonable pricing, easy to setup and use. Very good back office features plus great customer service.

Cons

I am unable to track if customers have been over charged e.g if they paid for extra items they didn't go with.

Pros

This product works well. Even when it breaks sometimes, we can fix it ourselves.

Cons

I don't like this product sometimes. It easily takes paper, although it can be fixed.
