There is no doubt about the product functionality or its capability. The platform delivers on what POSist team claims.

Customer Service is available on-call, but the delivery is ZERO. Most modules come at additional costs, which makes this software expensive, yet in-effective.

We are using Posist from last 2 years and we are very satisfied with the overall usage and functionality that is offered to an end user. The UI is great and very easy to use.

The pictures that can access on the system was awesome and its easy to used. Its easy also to the team to trained them even in short time.

User friendly module but fails mostly when net problem or problem at their backend. Mostlt problem come from their backend only.

Posist cockpit app which is available in play store which is very helpful if we want to see outlet performance on mobile phone. This is very easy to integrate with lot of other applications.

There are frequent updates which can be confusing. Wording/names of buttons will change with no warning.

The interface of the software is so good and attractive. It enables an easy payment processing and it helps in creating online stores easily without diffuclties.

Its ability to allow multiple people to log in such as employees or other people allowed to make sales with such ease is wonderful.

The support was responsive and the number of plugins is pretty outstanding for a platform this sized.

Shopify is hard to get a grasp on and you often do not know there is a problem with your marketplace until money is lost on the issue.

This is a great ecommerce CMS and has great integrations to help any small business. Tip: The forums are actually very useful.

Shopify offers the best eCommerce solution with good competitive pricing. It is a safe and trusted bet for emerging businesses.

But on the admin level, it does show it's connected and we don't know why it has that difference. So the user option is limited and has misinformation.

The ability to track sales, and collect funds virtually anyway possible is great. Their customer service and care is way better than most companies.

Actually there are no many disadvantages or problems with Shopify. Premium subscription is a little costly.

The online guides are helpful, and the system is amazing. They take care of payments, orders, and marketing.

It has a good degree of flexibility to allow you to customize your front end - but the main plusses are the ease of creating an inventory and the eCommerce integration.

Customer service is great and super friendly. They are available during odd-hours, which gives us store owners more confidence.

Overall I enjoy the ease of use with Shopify and my customers are happy with their shopping experience.

Shopify has been really good to me. the customer service is good and it's fast and easy for my customers to use to buy off my website.

Everything about this platform is fantastic. The service, the data, the ease of use, the mobile app and the integrations.

Overall, we have had nothing but positive experiences with Shopify. I think that it is a great program, and is mostly user friendly for those who are not super tech-savvy.

The only complaint I have is that  I have to pay 30 bucks or more a month to use it depending on the package.

It can be hard sometimes to make changes on a design end, you can be blocked in by templates which can be frustrating especially changing between mobile and desktop.

The small budget to start , and the tools that helps you to get more sales in your store. And the amazing templates that were really professional and helpful for my costumers.

Shopify is one of the best, if not the best, online store builder. It is so easy to use, have great analytics and the set up team is awesome.

Integration with CRMs can be a hit or miss. Integrating with Agile CRM over the years has been getting worse with some clients just giving up.
