POS-J is a Point of Sale solution designed for retail industries, including apparel and accessories, gift shops, electronics and appliances, general merchandise retailers and more. It provides a unified view of the orders across different channels.

Users can customize the color and pattern templates, process custom orders and sales transactions and process payments on POS terminals, in-store iPads and in-home iPads. POS-J also helps users to manage their call center centrally. It allows retailers to push and pull the data and price changes, corporate promotions to the live instance without intervention at the store level.

It is a PA-DSS compliant solution and includes recent guidance from the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP).

POS-j Review

POS has been a huge help to our business across the country. Not only is it easy to teach to employees but it makes a quick and efficient experience for the customers.

Pros

It is extremely easy to use and very easy to train new employees on.

Cons

There are some points that crash fairly often but they are very easily resolved

Intuitive, simple to learn

Pros

I can efficiently get on the same page as my coworkers when using this system-- it's quick to learn, and it works just like you expect it to.

Cons

It's a little bit utilitarian. That said, maybe the spartan design is part of what makes it so easy to pick up and run with.

Easy to use, and consistent

Being able to be consistent with customer service.

Pros

This software is very easy to use. I find it easy to catch on since a lot of the system uses the same commands.
