Our system downtime is minimal considering we have to run all our computers and software quite a long time on a daily basis. It’s never ending story. Many negative experiences to mention over 4 years. Wish it was easier to switch the software. On more than one occasion agents have logged in without consent screen come up on the screen, and when there weren’t any problems or issues that needed to be worked on. You just go into the Phamracy and find out someone went Through your computer because the screen name was still there. How is that ethical? Agents keep themselves connected. Settings and things that used to work fine will be all changed and messed up so it always always always takes so many efforts ans frustration to go in circles to get anything fixed in one go.
