Very user-friendly easy to use. Can train someone to use the software in matter or hours.

Terrible customer service. Every update the is an issues.

The software is great with respect to reconciliation of claims and getting real-time profitability & performance. Integration with our app is flawless for refills.

They also have a lot of training videos online, and they offer training classes as well. Their customer support is great and have been able to resolve my issues quickly.

Their delivery module can and will charge the patients twice for same Rx when it is on charge account. I almost lost facility contract due to this inaccurate billing.

EPrescriptions  get assigned top wrong patients and medications. They know they have a problem, but cant fix it.

They are definitely the market leaders in the independent pharmacy management solution space.

Boxed error messages that come up sometimes which show flaws in programming. Dual billing insurances are a two step process.

The fact that integrates with everything is amazing. They have a POS system, they also have a Delivery module, specialty module just to name some.

And  great supporting staff when needed. Software updated frequently, price schedule and third party processing information.

When there’s an issue about cannot process claims the customer service solved the situation in minutes.

Everything is good most likely is friendly nature easy to use.

Their support team enjoys working with customers to fully understand the problems to produce the proper solutions. The software is built specifically for the independent pharmacy owner.

Hardware issues is a pain- possible field agent to come set up. I understand that hardware is not your field of expertise, but your prices are high but i understand why.

When we id a problem ... it takes months to fix it.

Inability to put a hard expiration stop date on insurances. Customer service isn't always helpful and usually short or snooty with me when I call in.

Toast is amazing it not only can handle on the fly menu changes, but can also work as your punch clock. Runs very smoothly on android os.

Install was a total disaster and cost our company over 40K in losses. They refused to take responsibility for their failures.

TOAST is a solid point of sale system available for a very reasonable price. Adding, editing and removing menu items can be done quickly and remotely.

Customer Support Inadequate and Multiple Charges on customer accounts.

The reporting is awesome and when used the right way, you have your answers to questions you didn't even know you needed to ask.

I have used this and thoroughly enjoyed it. The handheld feature is the best.

Wait times are often ridiculous. And they are not timely with replies at all.

Bar staff likes software. Simplicity and integration low rate.

Integrations, ease of use, flexibility of what parts you wish to use, interest in feedback, hardware is amazing.

Toast reps and customer service do not return calls. Credit card charges duplicate weekly on multiple customers accounts for no reason.

I have gone from recommending TOAST to experiencing extreme frustration w/ terrible customer service.

It is now June 27th and the ticket is still open and no one has responded. Their customer service is the WORST.

Unable to customize location picker page. They claim that they are the payment processors but fail to take responsibility or help with disputes.

Software is very easy to use. Pos system is good, not very colorful but still easy to maneuver.

You end up paying more in lost time, chargeback fees, and waste money on a subscription that doesn't even provide you with enough support.

Printer routing and other back of house set up is a breeze. Customer service staff is well trained and very reliable.

It will run many reports that are helpful. The connection to a mobile phone is great because you can do almost anything from the mobile phone that you can do from the desktop.

And do it all in one place - is awesome. And the fact that it is all so easy and user friendly is just a bonus.

TOAST is actually one of the worst POS systems you can use. I have been a restaurant industry veteran on the owner's side for over a decade.

It was seamless it integrate our products onto the software prior to opening. The kitchen display screen is a lifesaver.

For example, sorry, but we are out of this item or here's how we are doing curbside pickup, etc. There is only a teeny, tiny way to notify guests with a small banner atop your page that no one sees.

I've been trying to set up online ordering for weeks now. It's been counting a lot of problems because of the basic lack of customer support.

As a GM, the reporting was user friendly and easy to generate. It was so mainstream and I love that automatic reports I could sent up to send to myself every day.

I like the way the screen looks - it’s visually appealing. Ve only used it briefly at a restaurant as a hostess, but it worked just fine.
