Pros
- Ery easy to use , user friendly access, full integration with our ERP as also the provided API's, in order to get realtime data. The webchat is also a key value, support anytime, anywhere.
- We like a few things, like the user interface which is easy and straightforward to navigate.
Cons
- I don't think there is anything I don't like, just taking time to learn and be proficient in it.
- It should have some sort of mirror database in the customer facilities in the event of internet access failure; to allow offline usage.
Pros
- It's easy to learn, easy to navigate, and user-friendly even on the first try. Customer service is awesome and it's great for the price.
- It also generates multiple graphics and informations for better managing your stores, knowing every information about your products and how they're selling. Is a great tool to have.
Cons
- I struggle with the bluetooth scanners connecting to our store iPads - however this is not a Springboard Retail issue. This is a problem with the hardware & hardware technology.
- Every complaint I have has been addressed - occasionally I will request a feature or a metric (Inventory Turn!) that is not available now - and for the most part I have seen them implemented.
