Although it may initially seem somewhat complex to learn and not particularly user-friendly, the introductory video training was very helpful in getting acquainted with its features. Once past the initial learning curve, the software shows itself to be extremely versatile and capable of meeting a wide range of needs. A notable strength is the customer support, which is constant and immediate: whenever I needed assistance, they were quick to respond effectively. Additionally, I greatly appreciated their openness and speed in developing software improvements based on my requests, showing particular attention to user needs.
