Good software with loads of features.

You have no other better choice. I used it. Its good along with a few problems but I have accepted it. Other ERP software might also have same issues with out any better support. So, go for it.

Pros

All Reports are easy to find and understand. Easy to use... considering the complexity of requirements. No other software are present in the market comparing to these quality. e

Cons

A few features are required, but no one properly listens to requirements. Customer support is not up to the mark. Only go for it if you have good hands on computers. On the other hands you also dont have any other option.

HORRIBLE AND OUTDATED

AVOID IT...ITS HORRIBLE

Hope there was any good thing i could have said about it ..yeah one thing good about it is you can tally month on month in a better way

3rd grade software and customer service , they made us buy the most expensive system for their outdated software , its hangs a lot and they blame windows their ppl.will come by train but will charge you more than a flight ticket ,, they are suppose to handle the account personally for any issues but once you buy it they just vanish and their customer support call center is horrible takes 2-3 days to revert..so basically if you are stuck better be stuci theu aint helping you out...its a outdated 3rd grade software with 4th grade customer service and 5 grade ppl like mahesh n arun

Stable software, using this software for 3 years, its stable software, cant do any customization (or need to pay good amount)

Cons

Worst support, no one will respond in time. If any issues need 1 week to resolve it. Ruthless customer care. Never buy this software. Invested huge money and not able to get out of it.

Dont buy any hardware from Rancelab

Support for Software is good, don't buy any hardware from them. Worst quality products and worst service. Cycleworld ,Bangalore.
