Easy to work with customer support service. Very knowledgeable, and prompt.
I use it daily for my work. Most of our company does.
PROSEasy to use and navigate. I like the simple menus, and big buttons. I like the fact that I can look at sales history, manage merchandise, etc really quickly.
CONSThe software is limited in features. We have wanted to do things before not possible as of yet. Such as being able to replace old item Sku's without having to enter sub skus. I would also like other auto update features such as when items are bought under a vendor, that item can be categorized under that vendor. Without the manual work. Auto update of sku and supplier would be fantastic! I also dislike the fact that on a regular radiant screen, my sales report description window is cut. Making it very hard to pinpoint what product it is on our shelves. I don't have this issue with larger non-touch apple screens. But I do, on the radiant systems rapid pos touch screen. Which is smaller. Perhaps an update is needed to fix this.

I've forwarded your review to our support group and they will be reaching out to your management team to discuss the possibility of upgrading your hardware (we have some excellent large touchscreen monitors that will make viewing your reports much easier). Our support team is also going to look into your pain points and see what we can do to resolve them (it may be as simple as a quick training session). We also just released a new user interface, which is more modern and really slick. We'll also address the possibility of upgrading your version of Counterpoint (it really will amaze you after years of working with the "old" interface!). Cheers.
