Miguel, Thank you for your feedback! Our support and service teams work hard to make sure we provide each of our partners with the most personal level of service possible - and we are happy to read that you are receiving that level of service. I've forwarded your review to our support group and they will be reaching out to your management team to discuss the possibility of upgrading your hardware (we have some excellent large touchscreen monitors that will make viewing your reports much easier). Our support team is also going to look into your pain points and see what we can do to resolve them (it may be as simple as a quick training session). We also just released a new user interface, which is more modern and really slick. We'll also address the possibility of upgrading your version of Counterpoint (it really will amaze you after years of working with the "old" interface!). Cheers.
