Real Time POS is a hybrid (offered as cloud service or on-premise), point of sale and retail management system that serves a variety of both hard and soft good retail segments, including apparel, sporting goods, home décor, jewelry and more.

Real Time POS provides the tools necessary to manage retail operations in real time. Every transaction, inventory movement or adjustment and employee action is synced to and from the head office.

This solution offers a disconnected offline operation for its POS system, which allows retailers to operate in offline mode if for any reason the store's internet connection is lost. All data collected during that time is saved and then streamed to the head office once the connection is reestablished.

The solution is available on both on-time license and monthly subscription basis. Users can submit support tickets through online support portal or reach out to support agents through phone.

Great Product!

Pros

As a cashier, what I liked the most about this product is when combined with a touch screen monitor, I am able to enter in my customer's order and print receipts very quickly. This lets me be more efficient at my job, and gives me more time to focus on other tasks such as answering calls and taking orders over the phone.

Cons

The product's interface is a little overwhelming at first, and can take some time to learn and get used to.

Really like the system. Easy to use.

Pros

I really like that I can call and talk to someone if I have questions. I was able to purchase the bundle and love it.

Cons

I don't like that when putting in new inventory, you have to go to more than one tab.

Decent POS

Pros

Simple to use and ease of install. Receipts and all your order information goes directly to a universal system and has multiple receipt options.

Cons

Nothing to dislike about this product, there are a ton of different companies that do POS sales so you might be able to compare.

I really didn't understand this product

I really didn't understand this product. I tried it out and couldn't figure out how to apply it to my business. I've opted to go with a product that I understand better.
