Let's start with customer service. You actually have to pay $75 for phone customer service with most plans.

Very bad initial set up, not enough time given to training. Extra training costs a fortune.

Ease of use, overall functionality and features, software stability, very regular updates. User suggestions often integrated into existing software to improve usability going forward.

I really want to like this application/software as is is easy to use and well though through, but there are many glaring issues that are driving me to look elsewhere.

Now both stores run smoothly through this system. When there is a problem, I pay for the yearly support and they are just a phone call away.

The interface is nice, clean, and easy to navigate.

The maps are outdated and it is extremely difficult to route routes when you have to pick up equipment at different sites. The logistic tickets does not work for us.

Their contract in fine lines guarantees that so please read carefully all fine print.

We can't get them to help us with new issues - such as scanning a new drivers license (POR blames the scan company, the scan company blames POR).

Point-of-Rental is easy to work with always good for feedback and help great product and integrated into our website.

At the time of purchase it was the only thing that could accomplish tracking rental inventory.

Their software is very feature rich (more than anything else I've ever seen. They have a wonderful system to manage availability of rental items.

They are constantly improving and staying on top of rapidly changing technology. POR is intuitive and easy to use, and they peovide great support.

That's not to even mention all of the bugs with the checkout process. I don't know why they make it so difficult.

I can usually get someone to remote in and walk me through a mistake or make me understand why the computer's accounting system did what it did.

I use rentman about 1,5 years and it was a good investment. Easy in use and very professional.

But during this process the learning curve has eased out and with the great customer support, all obstacles that have come up along the way have been overcome.

The Only thing we find a little annoying is it can be a little slow to find items in the data base when scanning QR codes via the app.

Especially I like the Crew Planner. That helps a lot when booking people to gigs.

The flexibility and how easy to use, don't need to be IT technician to change items or whatever. And there is a good helpdesk service.

And give a bigger function during my working day. If that dosent happen Dashboard is useless.

Easy to start working with, without a class og introduction. The feature on how to book crew and give them the infomation and share files needed to complete a production is good.

Great for my smaller-sized rental team. Value (monthly rate) fantastic when compared to some other competitors in this field.

No offline version or option to work offline then sync with server. You can't add items via your phone app quickly, only if item has barcode.

Notice that this problem is not a priority for them because we would be 15 users out of 1700 to talk about it.

The price structure makes sense and is is easy to add users. Rentman has better customer support and includes an integrated Teamviewer for live support.

Easy to use, outstanding customer support, great overview of projects and equipment, implementation of 3rd party software, great scanning implementation.

Due to its simplest CSV data transfer possibilities, it is very easy to integrate it with other software and also bring information from one software to another.

I have found Rentman has a better combination of features for my application. Software as a service minimizes initial startup cost.

I like that the serviceteam is open for changes when we ask for it, and the automation when booking. The serviceteam is quick to answer and help us through teamweaver.

Calculating shipping costs is so easy now. The reps can book items and see what their total weight is. I'm not wasting time on projects that may or may not confirm.

Setting the dates sometimes does not work perfect. The order of the Invoices when we want to update the payments or searching by our own quotation number does not work.

I am more than satisfied although I understand the difficulties to presenting the product to all my colleagues.

It is a system what is easy to learn and use. Provides all the information you want to know.

Can do almost anything you can think of and world's best costumer service. Very good at implementing new suggestions from users.

Our freelancers are also happy with the Rentman App for phone. Web based service is also a very good thing for smaller business when the need for own server base and maintenance is eliminated.
