Ticket handling and inventory tracking are great features. Good for tracking customers as well, but being able to track all the tickets pending and waiting is great.

I have been through hell trying to print barcode price labels for my products. I couldnt seem to get clear information concerning the label printer that i needed to order and the label size.

Simple Consign is very easy to use when inputting inventory. It keeps excellent track of consignors inventory and money earned.

It was easy to set up, and what questions I had were easily solved by working with the support team. The program is fairly intuitive and easy to navigate with common sense.

I am quite satisfied with the product. I just wish they could make it easier to integrate with online sales products.

The main problem we have had is with our consignors access to their page.

The consignor login view could use some tweaking. We occasionally have consignors who are confused when using their login to check sales compared to their end of month payout.

Searching for items is difficult. Need to be very specific and limited.

Nice guys that don’t laugh at my techy questions. It is nice to not have to worry about all of that information.

The biggest benefit is the amazing customer service department. They make any problem disappear immediately and are super responsive.

It has been extremely frustrating and time consuming. I've paid $400 to have IT specialists come and look.

It works well for things sold in our store. We can't figure out how to seamlessly integrate an online shopping model.

Occasionally the system goes offline and we are unable to make sales but it happened infrequently and the team is on it immediately to get it remedied.

The experience have been a positive for the most part. The software has been what we expected from the get go and it does help our daily operations to run smoothly.
