Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The design is incredibly pleasing and the fact everything is integrated with each other is incredibly nice.

  • Great customer service and a great system to keep track of the inventory.

  • Cons

  • Does not integrate with our account program, but we are so small not using normal Quick Books, which it does integrate.

  • I have experienced a few bugs, overall the repair desk team is always there to help and makes it right

  • I'm really impressed by the customized customer service, super fast and professional, no false promises, just simply straight forward and very easy to use !!

  • Its easy to use very friendly future and fast communication

  • Cons

  • The templates for mailshots are great but limited so I would like to see a better variety of choice especially for the beauty, permanent make up and aesthetics industry.

  • I was disappointed with military time when we first started with the program. However, our customer support expert listens to our frustration and somehow made the change for us in the US.
