Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of use. Common sense. Intuitive. Clean. Tons of help available when I need it. Interest in improvements and ideas. Adaptable. Works without a lot of fussing. Very affordable!

  • The customer service is great, the features keep improving and the sales process is great. Gift cards, set up, customer records- all awesome.

  • Cons

  • The software was a little confusing in the beginning. It's expensive to get new workstations but it pays for itself eventually when you use it for a longer amount of time.

  • I have not had a problem with system so there is nothing not to like! time need to add new inventory

  • Pros

  • Great product for the money. Very easy to use. Mobile app functionality is great. Messaging is very easy to use on both ends.

  • The software is very easy to use. Even our older employees are able to learn how to edit their hours, and the app works great!

  • Cons

  • Administration can be a little clunky due to "action area" issues in their code, but overall a good tool.

  • Sometimes this app can end up being seen as over detailed and confusing, but once you get into it, it's easy to use.
