RetailOps is a cloud-based retail management solution that helps to manage retail operations. Key features include order management, inventory, contact management and warehouse management.
Inventory management feature allows users to order, store and manage the flow of goods by keeping a record of items descriptions, numbers and location of products stored in a warehouse. It also helps to manage orders using different inventory methods such as dropship and just-in-time which includes purchasing items from the third party and shipping it directly to customers. The suite also includes customer management, retail accounting and merchandise planning.
RetailOps sets up customer business rules around shipping, marketplace feed management and order routing. They also work with teams to clean and import product data. The solution is compatible with Android and iOS devices.
