I think it is heading in the right place and hope for better printer and report interfaces, but get the feeling the development staff is a limited pool of personnel and he is deeply involved in other aspects of the program as well as life in general. Rose is very good about responding quickly to questions and provides direction and assistance in a manner which easy to understand and he has always shown a great deal of patience, which is greatly appreciated. We do not have consignor access option, so when consignors as for their payout report, we need to remember to send it to them before we pay it out or it all gets lumped together with the rest of their paid out inventory or a list of everyone’s paid out inventory.
