"It syncs with Aveda and fairly easy to use and teach new users"

"Frequent and lengthy system crashes, unreachable and unhelpful customer service, numerous glitches almost daily, limited report customization, waitlist only allows for one service per client and only lets you put them on the list for a maximum of one month, still deletes appointment notes when moving clients around on the books after sending in multiple complaints"

"Customer service only answers text - that is an issue when you need emails answered"
